The wait is worth it. The care here is fantastic!
Don't plan on being seen at your appt time. They never honor it...not sure why they even have you make one.
If you have a cat ask for the feline room. They have stairs and other things that cats can club on while waiting for the doctor to come in.
Dr Fry is compassionate and friendly. Our kitty loves her.

My cat gets dizzy and falls over after getting anesthesia from them. They deny it having anything to do with the treatment. A-holes
I feel like I aged waiting. They don't really work either. Just play with cute animals ... unsettling/unprofessional.
We like Dr Fry. She's very compassionate and explains things well. She's very good with our animals.
Dr. Ho did an awesome job! I took my dog in as an emergency walk in after he was attacked by another dog. All procedures were explained in detail as well as the cost. I would highly recommend VCA.
Love it here. The staff is great and caring. They always answer all my questions and talk me through my concerns.
