A hub for students and Portland residents alike, this versatile building houses the entire College of Urban & Public Affairs. Construction started in 1998 and was completed in March of 2000.

The student lounge on 2nd floor has a nice view of the plaza.

Political Science offices are on the 6th floor. A computer lab is on the second.

Go up to the 4th floor rooftop area when it's nice out.
