Horrible. Will get to know the true image of the owner/shop if you have to file a claim? Be aware if you are sending costly items, read the coverage carefully.
Service is slow, the employees are slightly rude...
SERIOUS::::::::::::; I WOULD ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS STORE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
OH! AND THEN SHE WANTED TO CHARGE ME A $50 *OVER SIZED* BOX FEE THAT ACCORDING TO MY UPS DRIVER HAD I TAKEN THIS TO A *REAL* UPS DROP OFF AND NOT A FRANCHISE I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CHARGED THAT
THERE IS A BIG SIGN AT THE REGISTER THAT SUGGESTS YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPT I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO DO THAT. IT TOOK 5 DAYS TO GET MY ALMOST $300 BACK. MEANTIME I HAVE BILLS DUE LADY!!!
AT ONE POINT, THE MANAGER TOLD ME SHE WOULD HAVE CALLED ME BACK BUT DID NOT HAVE MY NUMBER. WHICH WAS LISTED ON THE RECEIPT.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THE MANAGER AT ONE POINT TOLD ME THIS WAS MY HUSBANDS FAULT AS **HE** DID NOT CHECK THE RECEIPT!! PLEASE REALLY!! THERE WAS A *HUGE* VOID ON OUR COPY AND THE LADY TOLD HIM,
CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS THESE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! AFTER DOUBLE CHARGING ME INSTEAD OF REFUNDING ME, THESE PEOPLE *NEVER* RETURNED MY CALLS, AND THEN STOLE $62 FROM ME,
