If you're staying in the summer get on an even floor. Odd floors don't have AC. Also the stairs lock and you have to go all the way down even if you have a key. Otherwise it's right in the heart of pd
You will definitely want to take advantage of walking up and down the stairwells from the top to bottom, or vice versa. The view from the top is excellent, you can photograph it too.
