Husband needed to try on several items. Couldn't find an employee anywhere in the clothing, jewelry, or accessories areas to let him in as the fitting rooms are locked. Huge waste of time.

Unless you plan to shop on a Saturday afternoon with about 900 other idiots, prepare to stand in one of the only 2 open lanes fore an eternity while the checkout manager twiddled his thumbs.
The penny horse is a favorite
I always go to the checkout lanes near the hbc because they are drastically less busy...even if I am only getting food. The walk takes less time than the wait will.
Why can't anyone tell me if they have anymore 24 pacts of Diet Dr Pepper... they will have delivered more by the time I find out...
Never enough cashiers. Just spent 20 minutes checking out after work on a weeknight when I just want to go home. Stupid union!
