Best and cheapest Thai!
Everyone must visit this cart! The owner is the nicest and most marvelous human to walk the land of Portland.
they have the best pad thai and spring rolls
Super friendly service and super good prices and very quick. However, I wouldn't mind if they raised their prices by a dollar and added a few more veggies to their dishes.

I always think I'm going to try something new, and I always end up getting the Garlic and black pepper stir fry, and mango curry. 4 servings for $10? Yes please!
If you feel like soup go for the Tom yum gai with brown rice only $5.
I come back here week after week for the AMAZING salad rolls. Comes in a pack of two for $3. Two complete meals. Simply awesome and like nothing else. Yum!
Try the salad rolls and sticky rice with mango!
