24 hour machine is very very slow tonight. Argh.

Not only is there going to be a line... but likely lost mail and unfriendly service. I've lived in Pdx 18 years, never had lost mail until I moved in this neighborhood. 3 "lost" packages in 2 years!
Service was great, even during lunch time there was no wait.
Slow, unfriendly service. Lost mail is common place. Employees seem pissed to have to do their job. Worst post office service I've ever had.
Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm
This one is always busy. Go to the Brooklyn post office on Powell

After hours the automated postal center is super slow. :(
This location has a 24 hour self-service ship & mail service. Unfortunately today its crapped out. I hate when this happens.
Get there early and the line moves quickly. After 10 you're going to have to wait for the passport people and that really slows things down.
Go to US Post Office - East Portland Branch and
Bad parking and rude staff. Go to another post office
