Whenever someone wakes U up at 2:25am it is always nice to give them a 5:15am wake up. They answer hello who is this? I say it is the lady who u kept up all night. Have a good day click.

THE WORST SHUTTLE SERVICE AND NIGHT TIME FRONT DESK STAFF WERE VERY DISAPPOINTING. I PERSONALLY WOULD CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL. ..EL CUCARACHERO IS MORE APPEALING.

Great food in the restaurant/bar and Rusty makes a very tasty martini. Comfy rooms, great service and DoubleTree chocolate chip cookies. A winning combo.
Parking ($20) and in-room wifi ($10) costs extra. There's wifi in the lobby and a workstation for you to print out your boarding pass. Clean hotel popular with flight crews and bus tours.
Rusty is by far thee best bartender...we love Geoffrey, too!!

The shuttle driver has no seat belt and drive recklessly. This is the 2nd time I saw the driver drive shuttle bus recklessly
The bed was a bit old and could have been more comfortable. Also the shower did not work at 4am. Still a great place to use their park stay and fly.
If you're here on a Wednesday, they have a managers special from 5-6:30pm. Free hors d'oeuvres and wine! Cheers!
Everything! Great food at North 37, outstanding staff and management. As a Diamond member, this is by far, one of the best Hilton properties I have stayed at.

Restaurant and bar area is nicer since it was done up, they just need to modernise the rooms a bit now.
Walls are paper thin. Next door couple woke us up at 4:30 am as they made calls. Complained at front desk but nothing happened except we could not go back to sleep. Find another hotel, don't stay here
While you're here make sure to take a walk or run around the area…nice almost any time of year
