Literally the worst customer service I've ever seen. They talk down to younger clients, their dresses that they give you to try on from their stock don't match the size you actually order. Awful.

They Were helpful, specifically Whitney C. She was busy with a bridal party but still made me feel important and taken care of. This did a few touch ups on my dress in a matter of minutes.
Nearly 30 mannequins on the display floor here. Only 1 is plus size. Hello, disconnect with the American public!
