Nurses in CCU are the best!
Nurses are angels but whoever writes the protocol sucks. Bring a pillow, your own coffee, and a good book. You are gonna sit for a long time.
Bring a computer. Use free wfi. Skype with family in other cities.
Children under 12 are not able to visit patients.

Bring a coat; the ER waiting room is freezing even in mid-August. Use the free wi-fi while you wait.
Spent 12hours in ER, make sure you speak up for yourself or you will be forgotten - even with spent 12hours here. Staff is very nice & its very clean just not organized or worried about the ER.
Had robotic Pyleoplasty surgery done on my kidney here. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were all very attentive and made my stay here very pleasant.
