Try out the new virtual stationary bikes made by expresso. You can put yourself in a virtual race in which you can race the computer bikers or other stationary bikers in the room SICK!

The easiest way to keep you healthy and sane. Roomate driving you crazy? Head to the gym for a quick run on the treadmill or even better, try one of the free exercise classes. Zumba is a fun one!
