Explore Ebervale, PA

Ebervale is a small unincorporated community located in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. Nestled in the heart of the state's coal region, Ebervale was once a thriving mining town during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The community was named after the Ebert family, who were prominent landowners in the area. Today, Ebervale is a quiet and close-knit community, with a population of around 200 residents. Although the coal industry has declined, remnants of its past can still be seen in the form of abandoned mine structures and the occasional coal breaker.
